San Diego

Mother’s Day weekend we took a short trip to San Diego and had a blast. We spent a little time on the beach, went on a 2 hour harbor cruise (I kept hoping that we’d have a better experience than Gilligan’s 3 hour tour),went to Seaport Village, Cabrillo National Monument (including the lighthouse), and the San Diego Zoo. We had lots of fun packed into a couple of days. It was really funny that in the 2 days we were there we got way too much sun and were sunburnt and tired out the first day, but the second day the clouds never burned off and so it was cold and then it started to sprinkle on us. Dad sure like the rain when we got on the skyfari at the zoo...or not!
